| IMA Exploration Inc. (IMR-AMEX, IMR-TSX.V) is pleased to announce the results of the Company's Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday, June 14, 2006. The Shareholders approved all motions put forth at the meeting including an ordinary resolution to ratify the Company's 2003 Stock Option Plan. 98% of the votes cast were in favor of re-election of the current directors.
